  • Data key in as per checklist. However, we will helps to key in at around maximum 10 products only. The reminding will need customer key in themselves.

Exclude

  • Exclude design task (unless subscript our design services. Please note that design does not include total changes on the layout. Design means banner changes, color changes, and photos changes only.)
  • Domain Name migration from others provider to your preferred provided. (We can helps to do this, but charges might incur)
  • Hosting debug (If using third party server, we are not responsible to setup and debug. Any setup or debug fees will charge separately.)
  • Full support needed if using third party server.
  • Integration with third party plugin (not in the list / selected package during checkout)

Time Frame & Payment

Time Frame

  • All our basic setup will take 2 working days.
  • Once setup, we will helps to key in the contents base on the checklist which will take around 2 working days.
  • If you have choose payment gateway, please take note that FPX will take around 2 weeks time after all the document is completed. 5-6 weeks for the credit card to be approved. We do not responsible for any delay if the bank negara reject or delay. It is fully depends on the applicant background check.
  • If you choose the add on, please take a look on the additional working day needed at the module.

  • It is 100% paid in advance. If you not agreed with this arrangement, please do not place the order.
