REFUND POLICY


Do not place any order / purchase if you not agreed with Refund Policy

This website, Cartforest.com is owned and operated by Ideaone System Solutions Sdn Bhd.

The products that sell on the platform are digital goods and cannot be “returned”, so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.

Please note that, each product will have different refund policy. You are required to fully understand the refund policy with respect to that particular product.

Before you ask for a refund from cartforest

Kindly call our authorized agent or directly to Ideaone System solutions Sdn. Bhd. at +(60)3 – 9174 1151 or Whatsapp to +(60)12 – 606 3750 to immediately inform your intention. We will stop the process of development after getting confirmation of the stop command from the authorized owner.

We need official requests through email or Whatsapp from the authorized parties. Authorized parties could be agents or the website owner. If you request for refund / request for project termination, please refer to the following method:

Email
  • If you engaged our services directly, you must write an email to inform us of project termination. The email must be from the person who engaged in the services.
  • If you engaged our services through an agent, you must inform your agent immediately. The agent will send an email to us for project termination.

WhatsApp
  • If you engaged our services directly, you can directly request project termination through the group chat. We will screenshot the “termination message” and will officially send the email to you as evidence of termination.
  • If you engaged our services through an agent, you must immediately inform the agent, the agent will officially inform us.

Phone Call
  • You may call our office for project termination. However, you still need to inform us through email or project WhatsApp group chat. It is your responsibility to inform us of project termination.

After confirmed stop / termination and request for refund

Once getting all the confirmation from the authorized owner, we will stop the process of development immediately. We will calculate the total work that we had done and refund those not taken action. If a domain name, hosting, and licenses are successfully purchased, we will not refund but we will give back the login details to the owner. The owner has full authority to control back all the resources that we already bought for the project. For example, if the domain name and hosting are purchased, we will deduct the cost of the domain name and hosting purchased from the total selling price. If let’s say development already started halfway, we will deduct the value base on the work done. Therefore, you acknowledge that you will NOT get a 100% refund when you want to stop the project and ask for a refund.

After success request for refund

We will calculate the reminding value and return accordingly. Ideaone / Cartforest have full authority and final say on the final value for refund and the owners are aware and agreed on it. However, we will still list down all the work that done and tools that we already purchased and passed to the owner. Refunds will happen within 14 working days.
